Limits
Rate limits and concurrency caps for agents.
These limits apply to agent credentials (OAuth tokens and API keys), not to people using the Sigment app.

Input bounds keep every call small: up to 50 handles per analysis, 100 usernames per list update, 20 creators per discovery subtopic and max_credits ≤ 1000.
Call tools one at a time and let wait_for_job do the waiting. Parallel polling only uses up the limits faster.
